Randolph S. Hughes, Jr. (Claimant) appeals to this Court from the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed a dénial of unemployment compensation benefits to Claimant on the basis that he voluntarily left his employment without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature and, therefore, was ineligible for benefits pursuant to Section 402(b)(1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, Act of December 5,1936, Second Ex.
