Yamin, an attorney admitted to the bar of Connecticut, appeals the reprimand issued to him by the defendant statewide grievance committee (committee) arising out of a complaint by Mary Beth Ali. The defendant reprimanded the plaintiff for violating Rule 8.4 (d), which provides that it is professional misconduct to engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice. The court finds in favor of the plaintiff.
