MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HAIGHT, District Judge:
These two consolidated appeals present another example of the growing number of cases arising from the havoc wrought by asbestos. The appeals seek review of various decisions of Bankruptcy Judge Francis G. Conrad, sitting by designation in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, made during Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
