Appellants Jose Gerardo Padilla, Giov-anna Padilla, and Houston Best Foods & Services, LLC d/b/a Doneraki Fulton appeal from the trial court’s order dismissing their inverse condemnation lawsuit against appellee Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (Metro) for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. Appellants owned and operated a Doneraki restaurant on Fulton Street in Houston, Texas.
