Appellant, Richard Smith, appeals a judgment of the Pulaski Circuit Court awarding him damages of $19,195.31. He filed a complaint against appellee, Walt Bennett Ford, Incorporated (WBF), and against separate defendants Ford Motor Credit Company and Junior C.
