GILBERTSON, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1.] Norvil Dykstra, Twila Dykstra, Marvin Dykstra, and Julie Dykstra (Dyks-tras) sued Page Holding Company1 and Farmers and Merchants State Bank (Defendants) for breach of a fiduciary obligation and intentional interference with a business relationship or expectancy. Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment, which was granted by the trial court. Dykstras appealed. We affirm.
