THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Hartford Casualty Insurance Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiffs Cross Motion for Summary Judgment. This case involves a dispute about an insurance company’s duty to defend an insured in an action involving the alleged misappropriation of trade secrets and customer lists, and the exploitation of a commercial opportunity.
