On January 19, 2010, Plaintiffs Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company, and Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company (collectively “Nationwide”) filed a Complaint in the Richmond Division of this Court, seeking a declaratory judgment that Nationwide has no duty to defend or indemnify the Defendants — The Overlook LLC, Steven A.
