Contrary to his pleas, Appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of conspiracy to violate a general order, failure to obey a lawful general order, failure to obey a lawful order, making a false official statement, and being drunk on duty, in violation of Articles 81, 92, 107, and 112, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892, 907, 912 (2000).
