MARGOLIS, Judge.

The plaintiff in this case seeks reinstatement in the Air Force Personnel Reliability Program (PRP); flight pay computed from the date he was decertified from the PRP; removal from his file of a low Officer Evaluation Report (OER); removal of records of two failures to be promoted to major; a non-prejudicial explanation for the resulting gap; and reinstatement to the rank of captain with back pay computed from January 31, 1984, the date he was discharged from the Air Force.
