The defendant appeals from his convictions of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger, arguing that the trial judge improperly denied his mo*304tian to dismiss the charges against him based on the improper transfer of his case to . the Cambridge jury-of-six session and because the evidence was insufficient to warrant his conviction of operating to endanger. We transferred the case here on our own motion, and now affirm the defendant’s convictions.
