OPINION

BILLINGS, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 H.C. Massey appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to the Board of Trustees of the Ogden Area Community Action Committee, Inc. (the Board). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 Beginning in 1969, the Board employed Massey as executive director of the Ogden Area Community Action Committee, Inc. (the Committee), a Utah non-profit corporation providing assistance to low-income area residents.
