This was an action to recover wages. At the trial defendants moved for judgment on the pleadings and the opening statement of plaintiff, the motion being denied. Although not clearly disclosed by the abstract, it appears from the copy of journal entry attached to the notice of appeal certified to this court that the trial proceeded and resulted in a judgment for the plaintiff.
