The plaintiff instituted this action, in the nature of a creditor’s bill, against defendants, Yeroqua Tibbitts Thacker, Verba F. Brooks and Celestye Meisenheimer. Verba F. Brooks, Celestye Meisenheimer, and Frank U. Dutton as'an individual, and Frank U. Dutton as executor of the estate of Alice L. Baker, de*244ceased, were named therein, as garnishee defendants.
