This cause came to this court on appeal from an order of the Corporation Commission.

While the cause was pending in this court, the appellees filed herein an instrument in writing denominated “confession of error.” From the) record it appears that the attorneys who represent the appellees' in this court did not represent them in this proceeding prior to this appeal.
