This is an appeal from the taxation of costs to the plaintiff. A dispute over the payment of sick pay under a labor relations contract between the plaintiff and members of the defendant union was referred for arbitration to the state board of mediation and arbitration, which rendered its award in favor of the men. Upon application of plaintiff, under § 52-420 of the 1958 Revision, this court vacated the award and remanded the matter to the board for rehearing. A bill of costs was subsequently taxed in favor of plaintiff and against the defendants, who claim it is contrary to law.
