OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Justin Messmer, appeals the judgment of the Wyandot County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, adjudicating him a delinquent child, committing him to the Ohio Department of Youth Services ("DYS"), and classifying him as a juvenile sex offender.
