At about 7:15 P. M., February 10, 1930, defendant’s trolley car was proceeding south on the so-called Easton Eoad, located in the section known as North Willow Grove, in the County of Montgomery, at the rate of about 25 miles an hour. It was equipped with a headlight which gave the motorman a view of the tracks for a distance of 150 feet. When the motorman was about 200 yards from the point where the occurrence herein discussed took place, he switched off the headlight and put on the “dimmer.” The latter gave him a view of the track for about 15 or 20 feet ahead.…
