OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Rayshan Watley ("appellant"), pro se, appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio denying his motion for summary judgment and granting the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant-appellee, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction ("appellee"). For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.
