Appellant Deborah Appleyard appeals from the Superior Court’s September 5, 2014 order denying her motion for a *581preliminary injunction to enjoin Appellee Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital (“JFL”) from terminating her employment as a member of its medical staff. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

I. BACKGROUND
