Marco St. Croix, Inc. (“Marco”), appeals from the Superior Court’s January 23, 2015 opinion and accompanying order, which denied its motion for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
On May 1, 2014, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) awarded a grant, in the amount of $4,279,414, to the Virgin Islands Housing Authority (“VIHA”) to fund the emergency demolition of the Ralph deChabert Place Housing Project in St. Croix.
