This is an appeal by the McMurrey Refining Company from an interlocutory order granting, ex parte, a temporary mandatory injunction commanding and directing appellant “forthwith and immediately (to) exhibit and deliver over to the Railroad Commission of Texas, its agent or agents, each and all,” its record books covering the period December 1, 1938, to December 1, 1939, in connection with the oil business owned and operated by that company; said injunction to remain in full force and effect until the hearing of the cause upon the merits.
