Plaintiff Ruth Hansen brings this suit pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary denying her request for waiver of the Secretary’s right to recoupment of overpayments of social security benefits. The Secretary has moved for summary judgment, and plaintiff has responded.
