This is an action against the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary that plaintiff’s retirement insurance benefits, as provided by Section 202(a) of the Social Security Act, 42 U. S.C. § 402(a), were subject to work deductions for excess earnings under Section 203 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 403, for the months of January 1968 and June through August 1969.
