This case is before us for the second time. The first time we held, on the appeal of the plaintiff, that the injunction against the defendants prohibited the sale of gentamicin for therapeutic use in powdered form and not just, as the district court had thought, in liquid form. 62 F.3d 903 (7th Cir.1995).
