The question is whether relator is entitled to a writ of mandamus, compelling respondents, among other things, to levy such taxes' as shall be sufficient to produce the full amount required to pay the inter est and principal on the bonds held by it and others similarly situated, as they fall due, without reference to any tax limitation whatever.
