OPINION ON REHEARING

DORSEY, Justice.

On original submission of this interlocutory appeal we affirmed the decision of the trial court holding that joinder of the various plaintiffs was proper. On motion for rehearing appellant brings to our attention the recent opinion of the Texas Supreme Court in Surgitek, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. v. Abel, 997 S.W.2d 598 (Tex.1999), which affects our disposition of this appeal. Accordingly, we grant rehearing and reverse the decision of the court below because of the elucidation of the applicable law by the supreme court in Swrgitek. Our prior opinion is…
