OPINION

RODRIGUEZ, J.

This is an accelerated, interlocutory appeal under section 15.003(c) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Tex.Civ.Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 15.003(c) (Vernon Supp.2002). 1 Appellants, John M.
