MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Plaintiffs Preston and Lara Goins (“Plaintiffs”) brought this adversary proceeding to determine whether a certain judgment debt owed to Plaintiffs by Debtor Sharon Marie Day (“Debtor”) is discharge-able in her Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding. The central issue now before the Court is whether a state court jury verdict and judgment based upon fraudulent misrepresentation should be afforded collateral estoppel effect in this proceeding.
