FLETCHER, Circuit Judge:

Robert Britton, the debtor, appeals from the decision of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (“BAP”) affirming in part the bankruptcy court’s holding that a judgment against him for fraud obtained by Mary Price was nondischargeable. Britton argues that there is insufficient evidence to support the bankruptcy court’s finding that his conduct constituted fraud, for the purposes of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) (“Section 523(a)(2)(A)”), which excepts from discharge debts for money or property obtained by a fraud or false representations, and that there is also insufficient evidence…
