Appellants Barbara Lynch Barron and Carol Lynn Tomlinson were convicted of multiple counts of embezzlement and obtaining money under false pretenses, and one count of racketeering arising out of their conduct as loan brokers at the failed mortgage brokerage firm of Lemons and Associates.
