Following the denial of his motion to suppress evidence, appellant, Jesus A. Aguirre-Rojas, was convicted in the district court for Douglas County, Nebraska, of one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver, a Class III felony, and was sentenced to 9 to 10 years’ imprisonment with credit for 240 days previously served.
