The pro se plaintiff, Easton Alfonso Lawson, has filed this instant Complaint against employees of Cornell Corrections, the company which operates the Donald Wyatt Detention Facility, in Central Falls, Rhode Island. The Wyatt Facility housed the plaintiff from January 14, 1998, until December 17, 1998, while he was in the custody of the United States Marshals Service.
