This case involves constitutional claims filed by Glenn Pi LaCedra (“Plaintiff’). He alleges that while he was incarcerated at the Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility (“Wyatt Facility”), Defendants, Cornell Corrections Corporation, Cornell Corrections of Rhode Island, Inc.
