Plaintiff, Aurelio Arellano, appeals from a judgment, rendered on a ten to two verdict, in favor of defendant, Gerónimo C. Moreno, in plaintiff’s action for damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff when defendant’s automobile knocked another automobile into plaintiff.
