ABS Institute, Colby Plastics, and Polaris Pipe Company, Inc., filed a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief challenging a City of Lancaster ordinance adopted to prohibit the use of ABS cellular pipe. Judgment was entered in favor of the City and the Institute appeals. We affirm.
