This appeal is from a judgment rendered against the Sanitary District of Chicago in favor of William Wheeler for damages for overflowing his land. The case was tried on an amended declaration of one count, which alleged temporary damages to the land during the five years next preceding the beginning of the suit, which was March 12, 1912.
