MEMORANDUM & ORDER

BATTS, District Judge.

Petitioner-Respondent brought this action to confirm an arbitration award granted by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (the “NASD”) pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 9 and 13. The arbitrators awarded compensatory and punitive damages as well as injunctive relief to Petitioner-Respondent Raymond J. Acciardo. Respo ndents-Cross-Petitioners Millennium, Todd Rome, Richard A. Sitomer, and Pamela L. Rockley seek to vacate this award on the grounds that the arbitrators acted in manifest disregard of the law.
