Bristol Technology, Inc. (“Bristol”) commenced this action against Microsoft Corp. (“Microsoft”) on August 18, 1998. Its fourteen-count complaint alleged federal and state antitrust claims and other state statutory and common law claims, including violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), Conn.
