The employer (“Newpark”) filed a petition in this court to review an order of the Benefits Review Board with regard to the claim of its disabled former employee Roundtree for benefits under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. 33 U.S.C. §§ 901 et seq. The Board’s order determined the method by which the claimant Roundtree’s periodic compensation rate was to be calculated, but it also remanded the case to the administrative law judge for further findings and proceedings.
