By this action, the assignee of the conditional bill of sale sought a money judgment for the balance upon the contract. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings from which it was concluded that the plaintiff was entitled to prevail. Judgment was entered for $1,083, from which the defendants appeal.
