The defendant Commercial Casualty Company, a corporation, has appealed from a judgment rendered jointly against it and the Redwood Construction Company, Ltd., as principal and surety, upon a bond which obligates the insurance company to pay “for any work done . . . of any kind” by the construction company in fulfillment of a contract with the United States government to build a public roadway in the General Grant national park in Fresno County.
