Peleo Construction, Inc. appeals the trial court’s granting of two motions that dismissed Peleo Construction’s claims against Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation, Dannenbaum Engineering Company— Houston, LLC, Steven Lloyd McGarraugh, Alan D. Hirshman, Kurt Amundson, and Amundson Consulting, Inc. The dismissals were all based on Peleo Construction’s failure to file a certificate of merit along with its petition.
