In this interlocutory appeal, Dunham Engineering, Inc. (DEI) appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion to dismiss the Sherwin-Williams Co.’s (Sherwin-Williams) claims of intentional interference with prospective business relationships, business disparagement, and product dis paragement based on DEI’s actions in connection with a municipal water tower project.
