OPINION
TSOUCALAS, Senior Judge.
The United States (“Government”) moves this Court, pursuant to USCIT R. 59, 1 to reconsider its opinion and judgment in United States v. Inn Foods, Inc., 264 F.Supp.2d 1333, 1334 (CIT, 2003), granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment and finding that the Government’s complaint was time-barred. Inn Foods, Inc. (“Inn Foods”) opposes reconsideration of this action because the Government failed to establish any reason that would justify reconsideration.
