On July 1, 2004, the court held an in court status conference on Defendant’s Revised Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s Evidentiary Ruling or for Leave to Amend Defendant’s Answer (“Defendant’s Motion”) and Plaintiffs’ Opposition thereto.
