WINCHESTER, V.C.J.

¶ 1 The dispositive issues presented on certiorari are (1) whether the trial court committed reversible error in its use of findings of fact; (2) whether the amount of damages awarded to the plaintiffs, the Robeys, was supported by the record; and (3) wheth*222er the Robeys were entitled to an attorney’s fee.1 We hold that the trial court did not commit reversible error in its use of the findings of fact, that the damages were supported by the record, and that the Robeys are entitled to an attorney’s fee.
