On November 26, '1927, the claimant, S. S. Buser, filed in the clerk’s office of Washington County his claim against the estate of J. A. Work, deceased, which claim is founded upon a promissory note in the principal sum of $10,000, bearing date of February 7, 1926, due in six months, payable to the claimant, and purporting to have been signed by the decedent, J. A. Work, and others. A copy of the note is attached to and constitutes a part of the claim. Edmund D.
