The defendant, Louis Rhomberg, nineteen years of age, is the son of the other defendant, Mrs. T. E. Rhomberg. The mother is the owner of a Cadillac automobile. It is alleged in the petition, that the automobile at the time in question was being.driven by the son with the consent of the mother.
