Plaintiff, The Timken Company (“Timken”), and defendant, United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (“Commerce” or “ITA”), jointly move to strike the crossclaims asserted by the defendant-intervenor, Magyar Gor-dulocsapagy Muvek (“intervenor” or “MGM”), in its answer. The moving parties maintain that MGM’s crossclaims seek to address issues not arising out of the original action and must therefore possess an independent jurisdictional basis.
